We are excited to introduce Journey, our new longitudinal tracking feature that empowers users to track their scores over time, providing deeper insights into their mental wellness and encouraging daily check-ins.

This feature becomes accessible after completing two activities, allowing users to compare their second check with the first. Before reaching this threshold, users will see a message indicating that two checks are required to begin viewing their history.

Once there are more than seven days of data, the chart automatically scales to accommodate the information, ensuring a clear and manageable view.

Please note that this feature is currently not part of the API or Widget. We appreciate your support as we continue to enhance your experience with our app.
