Although reaching your target mental wellness score should be celebrated, it is not the end of your wellbeing journey. It's normal and expected for scores to fluctuate and change over time due to various factors. Some scores can vary within a few hours, others over half a day, and some on a day-by-day or week-by-week basis.

The point of the daily wellness check is for it to be a tool for knowing what works for you. Progress isn't linear, so use thymia as a tool to help you gain insights into your wellbeing, understanding that mental wellness is a lifelong journey. To best track your progress, we recommend doing a check no more than once per day, ideally at the same time each day, and completing at least 5 checks every 2 weeks.
