Your thymia wellness score summarises your current stress, burnout, and fatigue levels, compared to people of similar age and sex - it is a snapshot of your overall wellbeing.

Your wellness score is benchmarked to others in your peer group. For example, a score of 60 means that you have a mental wellness score that is higher than 59% of people in your peer group. If you have a score of 100 then your mental wellness level would be higher than 99% of people in your peer group.

Use your score to reflect, validate, and motivate yourself. Track your scores over time to notice trends in your mental wellness. Remember, this score is just one piece of the picture of your overall wellbeing. Be kind to yourself, and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.
